TESTIMONIALS
“As a company, we have worked with Today’s Mail for roughly 3 months now on various newspaper projects. When I was working on our first company newsletter I had gotten quotes from roughly 5-10 different companies and they could not complete our project for at least 2 weeks. When I contacted Today’s Mail for a quote they were extremely friendly and helpful. They asked me many questions about what I was trying to accomplish and gave me their insight to not only help us save money but to also get this newsletter out on time to over 1,500 people. They had the best pricing and they were able to do a project that according to 10 other companies should take at least 2 weeks in about 4 days. We could not believe how amazing our company newspaper turned out and how much our members loved it! The biggest reason we work with Today’s Mail is for their customer service. They are there to answer any questions we have and they truly want to print and mail the best looking product out there. Aside from their hard work and great service the quality and pricing cannot be beat. I would definitely recommend Lewiston Tribune for all your printing and mailing needs, you won’t regret it!!!”

“As the ad manager, I have worked with Darcy and his team at Today’ Mail for about 3 years. I have been more than pleased at the work, and their follow-through. They have reminded me several times to send information or checked to see if a mailing list needed to be sent.”

“As publisher of the Clearwater Tribune in Orofino, I have been doing business with the Lewiston Tribune for several years. TPC prints our weekly newspaper, along with our special editions we publish. I have enjoyed a great working relationship with everyone in the press room, and we are consistently provided with top-notch printing of all our publications. Along with this process, we work closely with the distribution center, or as those in the newspaper business call it, the “mail room.” This may sound like a job that pales in comparison to the printing of the publications, but I can assure you, it is just as important as a great print job. The mail room oversees inserts that are sent directly to the Lewiston Tribune’s distribution center specifically for our paper. This requires sorting and organizational skills, along with customer service in working with the staff and publishers of the newspapers that are entrusting the Lewiston Tribune with the handling and inserting of their inserts. I have had the pleasure of working with Darcy Anderson in the Lewiston Tribune’s distribution center, and I give him high marks in every aspect. If I have a question or issue with inserts being sent directly there, he answers my calls and emails immediately, always watches over the inserts and knows what to be looking for, and what questions to ask to make sure the process is seamless for us. He watches over these duties as if the publication were his own, something that is hard to find in today’s world. We also receive the same high quality service with the labeling and mailing of our paper. I have never been disappointed entrusting Darcy with overseeing any type of distribution/mailing jobs that we ask him to oversee. We are fortunate to have this type of superb service, and Darcy is the one we can thank for making sure everything runs smoothly.”
